In 2007 I decided to pursue new paths and explore new frontiers, so I moved to Denmark to start a new phase of my artistic career as a musician.

Since then, I’ve participated in various musical projects covering a diverse gamma of musical genres, collaborating with artists and bands of different cultures and backgrounds, such as:

I am currently working on completing my first record production with my Latin Jazz septet Social Mambo which will be released in the summer of 2023 and has the participation of excellent musicians and super-stellar special guests.

My passion for music has led me to a constant search, and with this determination to express the unlimited universe of percussion, we created the Solmar-Beats percussion trio with the percussionist Simona Abdallah and Thomas Holmen on drums.

My career as a percussionist extends to the stage or recording studios and as a teacher and educator in music schools, cultural centers, and anyone interested in knowing a little more about this musical universe – working as a percussion teacher at the Danish Music Academy, Goldschmidt. I am also doing workshops and percussion clinics in Denmark and abroad.

Music as a cultural manifestation is a social phenomenon that mirrors a cultural heritage, which must be passed to new generations just as it has been transferred to us by our predecessors. I believe that, in essence, music contains values and principles that define our humanity and that are indispensable to our existence – a beauty we all deserve to keep alive for future generations.
